We are searching for several experienced Project Managers for projects that will be predominantly in and around major cities on the East Coast, West Coast and in the SouthEast & SouthWest areas, to work with a well-respected, well-established high end contractor/developer on a variety of projects, including:
High End Residential
NYC, the Hamptons, Telluride, Aspen, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, etc.
10,000+ sq.ft. homes
Town Houses, etc.
High End "Boutique" Finishes
Corporate offices
Law firms
Retail
Qualifications:
7-10 years documented experience in extremely high-end projects, customers, etc.
Projects list will be required
References will be contacted
Ability to work successfully with high net-worth individuals and corporations
Ability to work with and manage Artisan-type subs
Ability to work with clients/customers on selection process for all materials
Experience in working with the finest materials
Ability to complete a project from foundation to finish
Proficiency in ProCore and other industry specific softwares
Meticulous attention to detail
"Customer-centric"--not 'finish by change order'
