We are searching for several experienced Project Managers for projects that will be predominantly in and around major cities on the East Coast, West Coast and in the SouthEast & SouthWest areas, to work with a well-respected, well-established high end contractor/developer on a variety of projects, including:

• High End Residential

  • NYC, the Hamptons, Telluride, Aspen, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, etc.

    • 10,000+ sq.ft. homes

    • Town Houses, etc.

• High End "Boutique" Finishes

  • Corporate offices

  • Law firms

  • Retail

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years documented experience in extremely high-end projects, customers, etc.

  • Projects list will be required

  • References will be contacted

• Ability to work successfully with high net-worth individuals and corporations

• Ability to work with and manage Artisan-type subs

• Ability to work with clients/customers on selection process for all materials

• Experience in working with the finest materials

• Ability to complete a project from foundation to finish

• Proficiency in ProCore and other industry specific softwares

• Meticulous attention to detail

• "Customer-centric"--not 'finish by change order'
